Ik World is equipped with advanced production equipment, including mold rooms, multiple SMT and DIP production lines, multiple injection molding machines, placement machines, spark machines, etc. The company has more than 500 experienced production employees to ensure efficient and stable production.
There are 12 complete assembly and testing production lines, of which 8 lines are dedicated to set-top box production and 4 lines to camera production, with a monthly capacity of 4.76 million units.
There are 13 advanced SMT lines, 6 DIP production lines, 25 automated injection molding machines, and 8 automated laser engraving machines. This includes SMT-DIP automated transfer lines, fully automated insertion lines, and functional testing lines, with an automation rate of up to 95%.
We have the capability to produce a variety of order models at the system level, such as CTO (Configure-to-Order, assemble upon order), BTO (Build-to-Order, custom production upon order), FRU (Field Replaceable Unit, repair and replacement parts), and Special Bid (special procurement), ensuring flexibility to meet diverse market demands.

In order to ensure product quality, we have established a strict quality management system, with over 50 professional quality control personnel. Every step, from raw material procurement to finished product shipment, is closely monitored. Our quality control process includes IQC (Incoming Quality Control), SQE (Supplier Quality Engineering), IPQC (In-Process Quality Control), QE (Quality Engineering), and QA (Outgoing Quality Control).
Additionally, the company has dedicated product testing and aging areas, where various quality tests are conducted, including high-pressure tests, salt spray tests, single-arm drop tests, ESD discharge tests, dynamic aging tests, coupling tests, functional tests, and coaxial output tests. These tests ensure that each product meets industry-leading quality standards, fully guaranteeing excellent performance and stable reliability. Ik World received the ISO 9001:2015 quality management system certification in 2017, and has also passed certifications such as 3C, CE, ROHS, and FCC.
